Gym Passes

     1 Day Entry Pass

  • One day entry pass for climbing access during business hours
  • Pass must be used on the day of purchase
  • Rental climbing equipment is not included with 1 Day Entry Passes.

  • First Timer Climber passes are only for first time climbers; customers are not eligible if they have climbed before anywhere, anytime or at any other climbing gym

  • Pass can not be refunded, sold to, or shared with another person
  • Pass expires 3-months after purchase regardless of use

  • One guest pass per month that allows you to bring along a guest to climb free (guest passes can not be saved over months)
  • Climbing shoe rental included 
  • Membership can be frozen one period during a membership year
  • An 8% discount will be applied if three or more friends/family join at the same time

Group Events and Classes

     Group Events

  • Team building events and parties must be scheduled at pre-arranged times
  • Minimum of 8 people are required to book a group event
  • The event package includes 2 hours of climbing, games, and other activities led by at least two staff instructors
  • Please wear comfortable clothes used for exercising with socks 
  • Climbing shoes and harnesses will be provided with availability depending on age and shoe size

     Youth and After School Climbing Classes

  • Youth and after school climbing classes are  opening; check with staff for current class times and age groups
  • Classes vary and include 1 or 2 hours of climbing and exercise activities led by two instructors
  • Please have your child wear comfortable clothes for playing with socks
  • Climbing shoes and harnesses will be provided for classes as available

Important Policies

Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
For safety, pregnant women and children under 5 years old are not permitted to climb or enter the climbing room without staff permission during normal business hours.
Parents are obliged to supervise their children at all times. Children of age 12 and below must be accompanied by an adult to gain admission. Except during designated climbing classes, adults with children under 12 yrs old must also purchase an entry pass or hold an active membership. Guests may be required to provide ID for verification purposes.
By purchasing a pass for their child, parents and guardians understand that it is their responsibility to ensure compliance with our terms & conditions by themselves and the minors under their care, and that they will take all reasonable effort to ensure that they do not breach their duty of care towards the minor(s).

Membership Freeze
Members may temporarily suspend their membership in accordance with the following terms:
You may freeze your membership for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of two consecutive months. You can request a medical freeze for up to six months (nine months for pregnancy freeze). 
You will be charged a non-refundable freeze fee of 1,000 taka. Membership fees for the period of the freeze are not refundable.  You may later choose to reduce the number of months/days of suspension of your membership at no further cost. 
All freeze requests must be made in advance. No retroactive freezes are permitted.
A request to freeze membership can only be used once per membership year. 
Please talk to our office manager about membership freezes and clearly communicate how long you want to freeze your membership plan.

Refunds and Schedule Changes
Any request for refunds or cancellations of Gym Entry Passes (1 Day Entry, First Time Climber 3 Day, and Shareable 10 Day passes) or gym Climbing Classes will not be entertained, and refunds will not be given for any customer cancellations, unforeseen gym closures, expirations, power cuts, or weather conditions. No refunds are given for Membership Pass cancellations and/or members who are unable to “finish” their full membership period.
Change of visit date for Group Bookings must be made at least three days in advance. Should there be an increased price variance this value must also be paid by the customer. Should a visit be changed to a later date, no other considerations regarding discounts or refunds shall be applicable.
